Basic human rights and freedoms under the Constitution of the Slovak Republic

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis topic in terms of processing offers a basic overview of the fundamental human rights and freedoms under the Constitution of the Slovak Republic. In the introduction to the historical development is given to the present. The first chapter introduces the concept of the Constitution, fundamental rights and freedoms in general. The second chapter describes the various groups of fundamental human rights and freedoms. The last chapter is devoted to the protection system rights of national authorities and security internationally. In this section, I approached particular facts of the Covenants and the European instruments. Finally, my work is that human rights should be the norm for each democratic society in which people live a different color, sex, nationality, ethnicity, or religious affiliation, and each has its place with all the rights.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca v zmysle spracovanej témy ponúka základnú orientáciu v oblasti základných ľudských práv a slobôd podľa Ústavy Slovenskej republiky. V úvode je obsiahnutý historický vývin až po súčasnosť. Prvá kapitola zahrňuje koncepciu ústavy, základné práva a slobody všeobecne. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá charakteristikou jednotlivých skupín základných ľudských práv a slobôd. Posledná kapitola je venovaná systému ochrany týchto práv vnútroštátnymi orgánmi a ochranou v medzinárodnom meradle. V tejto časti som priblížila fakty hlavne o európskych paktoch a listinách. Záverom mojej práce je, že dodržiavanie ľudských práv by malo byť samozrejmosťou pre každú demokratickú spoločnosť, v ktorej žijú ľudia rôznej farby pleti, pohlavia, národnosti, etnickej, či náboženskej príslušnosti a každý má svoje miesto so všetkými právami.
