Protože mi není lhostejná situace v Evropě a její další vývoj, zajímala jsem se o to, jaké má Evropská unie mechanismy k prosazování „svých“ práv vůči členským státům i jednotlivcům, a také z druhé strany, jaké nástroje mají k dispozici členské státy a jednotlivci při prosazování svých práv vůči EU. I am very interested in the situation in the EU, application of EU law and its progress in recent years. Therefore I was keen on understanding particularly the mechanism of law enforcement against member states, individuals and vice-versa.
