Abstract:

Cílem bylo navrhnout spínané napájecí zdroje typu dc-dc pro výukové účely. Zdroje jsou realizovány s možností změny zátěže, kapacity, případně dalších parametrů. Pro řešení byly vybrány obvody, které jsou aktuálně dostupné, proto zde nebylo dbáno na úplnou aktuálnost obvodů. Pro měnič zvyšující a zvyšující invertující je použit obvod MC34063ap, jedná se o jednočipové řešení dc-dc měničů s menším výkonem. Pro snižující měnič je použit obvod LM lm2596t adj/nopbc, který na rozdíl od MC34063ap je výkonový. Obvod je ve verzi adj., což umožňuje případnou změnu výstupního napětí. Měnič typu SEPIC je realizován moderním obvodem max16990, tento obvod představuje příklad měniče s externím tranzistorem. Změna kapacity je realizována pomocí jumperů, které připínají kondenzátory na zem, jejich kombinací je možné dosáhnout mnoho hodnot výstupní kapacity. Změna zátěže je realizována elektronicky na přípravku k tomu určeném, pro měření skokové změny zátěže je navrhnut přípravek, který připíná definovanou zátěž k zemi s možností změny testovací frekvence. Měření je zaměřeno na zjištění závislosti zvlnění výstupního napětí a odezvy na skokové připojení zátěže na kapacitě. Byly také proměřeny zatěžovací charakteristiky zdrojů pro různé zátěže a byla určena jejich účinnost. Výsledky měření ukázaly značné vlivy výstupní kapacity a vstupního napětí měničů na jejich parametrech.

Abstract:

The aim was to design dc-dc switching power supplies for educational purposes. The power supplies are implemented with the possibility of changing the load, capacity or other parameters. The circuits that are currently available were selected for the solution, therefore no attention was paid to the full actuality of the circuits. For the step up and step up-inverting inverter the MC34063ap circuit is used, it is a single-chip solution for dc-dc converters with lower power. For the step-down inverter, the LM lm2596t-adj/nopbc circuit is used, which unlike the MC34063ap is a power inverter. The circuit is in the adj. version, which allows possible change of the output voltage. The SEPIC type of dc-dc inverter is implemented with the modern max16990 circuit, this circuit is an example of an inverter with an external transistor. The change of capacitance is realized by jumpers that connect capacitors to the ground, by combining them it is possible to achieve many values of output capacitance. The load change is implemented electronically on a fixture designed for this purpose, to measure step load changes a fixture is designed that connects a defined load to the ground with the possibility of changing the test frequency. The measurements are aimed at determining the dependence of the output voltage ripple and the response to the step load connection on the capacitance. The load characteristics of the sources for different loads were also measured and their efficiency was determined. The measurement results showed significant effects of the output capacitance and input voltage of the converters on their parameters.
