Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem práce je teoretické zmapování tématu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich zhodnocení včetně sepsání interní směrnice o využívání benefitů pro zvolenou firmu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části – teoretické, jsou použity poznatky z odborných publikací a na základě nich popsány základní pojmy v oblasti motivace, odměňování a spokojenosti pracovníků. Dále je popsána teorie spjatá s problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich rozdělení a současné trendy v poskytování. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti, jejím současným systémem benefitů, které nabízí svým zaměstnancům a spokojeností s nimi. V rámci praktické části je zpracována interní směrnice popisující benefity a pokyny pro jejich čerpání, proveden rozhovor s vedoucím pracovníkem a dotazníkové šetření o spokojenosti zaměstnanců s nabízenými benefity.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the area of employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is a mapping and evaluation of offered employee benefits, including documenting an internal policy in regards employee benefits at evaluated company. This document is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part, a study of professional publications is conducted. Based on the study, basic concepts of people motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction are defined. The theory of employee benefits is described in the sequent section, containing benefits’ structure, current trends and as well ways of benefits’ provisioning. The practical part describes characteristics of the evaluated company, including current system of benefits which company offers to its employees. The practical part defines the new internal policy as well describing employee benefits and instructions for their use. The new internal policy is reviewed in an interview with the managing director and evaluated based on the questionnaire survey answered by employees in regards their satisfaction.
