Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vztah vybraných osobnostních dimenzí inventáře NEO-PI-R k výkonu při jednoduchých kognitivních úlohách. Cílem bylo ověřit vztah neuroticismu, extraverze a svědomitosti k výkonu v podmínkách reálné výběrové situace.
