Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na vztah vybraných osobnostních dimenzí inventáře NEO-PI-R k výkonu při jednoduchých kognitivních úlohách. Cílem bylo ověřit vztah neuroticismu, extraverze a svědomitosti k výkonu v podmínkách reálné výběrové situace. The final paper focuses on the relation between chosen personality dimensions the NEO-PI-R inventory and the performance in elementary cognitive tasks. The aim was to verify the relation between neuroticism, extraversion and conscientiousness to performance under the conditions of the real selective situation.
