Selected sources of financing business activities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vybrané zdroje financování podnikatelské činnosti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny zdroje financování, které jsou rozděleny na interní a externí zdroje financování a alternativní formy financování. Dále jsou charakterizovány tři vybrané leasingové společnosti: ALD Automotive s.r.o., MONETA Leasing, s.r.o. a Raiffeisen Leasing, s.r.o. a tři vybrané obchodní banky: MONETA Money Bank, a.s., ČSOB, a.s. a Česká spořitelna, a.s. včetně jejich nabízených produktů. Pro zpracování této práce byly zjištěny konkrétní nabídky od vybraných společností na základě požadavků od vybraného podniku, který je charakterizován v praktické části. Cílem práce je porovnat jednotlivé nabídky a vyhodnotit, která leasingová společnost a obchodní banka nabízí nejvýhodnější produkt a za využití metody čisté výhody leasingu rozhodnout, zda je výhodnější operativní leasing, nebo úvěr jako zdroj financování podnikem zamýšlené investice.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with selected sources of financing business activities. The theoretical part is focused on the sources of financing, which are sorted on external and internal sources of financing and alternative form of financing. Furthermore, there are characterized three selected leasing companies: ALD Automotive s.r.o., MONETA Leasing, s.r.o. a Raiffeisen-Leasing, s.r.o. and three selected commercial banks: MONETA Money Bank, a.s., ČSOB, a.s. a Česká spořitelna, a.s. including their products. For the processing of this thesis, there were identified specific offers from selected companies, based on the requirements of the selected company, which are characterized in the practical part. The goal of bachelor thesis is to compare individual offers and evaluate which leasing company and commercial bank offers the most advantageous product and using the net advantage to leasing to decide whether operating leasing or bank loan is more advantageous as a source of financing the intended investment.
