Abstract:

Cíl: Výzkumné šetření této práce mělo za cíl zjistit zkušenosti dospělých žen se sexuální výchovou, její vliv na sexuální chování a postoj k plánovanému rodičovství a prevenci pohlavně přenosných chorob. Metodika: Šetření bylo realizováno v období od září do prosince 2010 v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení, na Institutu zdravotnických studií na Fakultě humanitních studií Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a u vybraných respondentek v komunitě. K získávání dat byl použit nestandardizovaný anonymní dotazník. Výsledky: Výzkumné šetření zjistilo zkušenosti dospělých žen se sexuální výchovou, jejich sexuální chování a postoj k plánovanému rodičovství a prevenci pohlavně přenosných chorob. Nejčastěji ženy získávají informace od kamarádů a známých, ve škole a od rodičů. Ženy byly v dostatečné poučeny o menstruaci a těhotenství, a pohlavních změnách v pubertě. Výsledky dále ukázaly, že ženy byly sexuální výchovou ovlivněny, dokazuje to začátek pohlavního života, nízký výskyt náhodných pohlavních styků, a věrnost poučených žen. Většina žen je se svým sexuálním životem v současnosti spokojena. Ženy používají ve velké míře antikoncepci a jako prevenci pohlavně přenosných chorob považují za dostatečné mít stálého sexuálního partnera.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the research was to find out the experience of adult women with sex education, its impact on sexual behavior and an attitude to a planned parenthood and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. Metodology: The survey was made from September to December 2010 in the Zlín County Hospital of Tomáš Baťa on the gynecological - obstetrical clinic, on the Institute of medical studies of the University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín. There was an unstandardized questionnaire used for gaining the information. Results: The survey has found out about the experience of adult women with sex education, their sexual behavior and their attitude to a planned parenthood and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. The most common way of gaining the information is throughout friends, parents and school. All women were sufficiently informed about menstruation, pregnancy, and about the hormonal changes. The results also showed that women are affected by sex education. It shows the beginning of their sex life, the low rate of random sexual partners and the fidelity to men. Most of women are satisfied with their sex life. They use contraception and they consider the stable partner as the best way of the prevention of sexual diseases.
