Nitro-olejová kyselina patří do skupiny nitrovaných mastných kyselin. Jedná se o endogenně se vyskytující elektrofilní látky, které se vyznačují svými antioxidačními, protizánětlivými a protifibrotickými vlastnostmi. Abstract:
Nitro-oleic acid belongs to the group of nitro-fatty acids. These are endogenously occurring electrophilic substances, which are known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antifibrotic properties. Due to the involvement of nitro-fatty acids into the signaling pathways, which are important in various stages of tumor development, their effect in tumorigenesis is expected.
