Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se výživy (nutrice). Teoretická část práce se zabývá přehledem informací a poznatků o výživě a jejich protektivních a rizikových faktorech. The thesis is focused on issues related to nutrition. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the overview of informations and knowledges about nutrition and its protective and risk factors. It defines the basic components of food, the concept of malnutrition, nutritional status assessment methods and principles of healthy eating.
