Printed conductive layers for Smart Textile applications

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tiskem vodivých vrstev na textilní materiály. Teoretická část popisuje textilní materiály, jejich výrobu, výhody a nevýhody. Dále popisuje tiskové formulace, které se využívají pro tisk vodivých vrstev, tiskové technologie a elektrické vlastnosti vodivých vrstev. Experimentální část se zabývá tiskem funkčních vrstev na textilní materiály. Zabývá se také měřením povrchového odporu vodivých vrstev, ohybovými a tahovými testy, a jejich následným vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the printing of conductive layers on textile materials. The theoretical part describes textile materials, their production, advantages and disadvantages. It also describes printing formulations that are used for printing conductive layers, printing technology and electrical properties of conductive layers. The experimental part deals with the printing of functional layers on textile materials. It also deals with the measurement of surface resistance of conductive layers, bending and tensile tests, and their subsequent evaluation.
