Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vedení personální a mzdové agendy a prokázání znalostí při výpočtu mezd. Je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány povinnosti, které má zaměstnavatel při nástupu nového zaměstnance do pracovního poměru, je vyzvednut význam jeho pracovní i sociální adaptace, vyjmenovány metody používané při získávání pracovníků. Pozornost je rovněž věnována vedení osobního spisu zaměstnance, zaměstnaneckým benefitům, evidenci pracovní doby i jednotlivým pracovněprávním vztahům. Dále se zabývá mzdovou agendou, mzdami, výpočtem mezd i ročnímu zúčtování daně. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou poznatky z teoretické části aplikovány na soukromou společnost, v práci jmenovaná jako Firma, s. r. o. nebo Firma. Součástí práce je její krátké představení, porovnání stavu zaměstnanců v jednotlivých letech, dotazníkovým šetřením je zjišťována spokojenost zaměstnanců s poskytovanými benefity, znázorněn výpočet mzdy jednoho zaměstnance v roce 2015 i s ročním zúčtováním daně a rovněž i výpočet mzdy ve dvou měsících roku 2016, kdy byl práce neschopen. Nakonec je provedeno porovnání průměrné mzdy vybraných pracovníků společnosti s průměrnou mzdou v České republice, Jihočeském kraji a v hlavním městě Praze.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a personal and wage agenda and proving knowledge in payroll calculation. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part there is a description of the duties of the employer while accepting a new employee, the importance of their labour and social adaptation is emphasised and methods used to acquire new employees are enumerated. I also deal with the topic of keeping personal file of an employee, employee benefits, record of working hours and other labour-law relationships. There is also a look into a wage agenda, salary, payroll calculation and annual tax clearing. In the practical part the findings from the theoretical part are applied to a private enterprise, in the thesis it is called Firma, s. r. o. or Firma. The thesis includes a short introduction of Firma, a comparison of the number of employees in particular years. Next there is a questionnaire research of how are employees satisfied with their benefits and also there is a payroll calculation of one employee in the year 2015, annual tax clearing included, as well as a payroll calculation for two months in 2016 of his sick leave. Finally there is a comparison of the average salaries of particular employees of the company with the average salary in the Czech Republic, in the South Bohemian Region and in the capital city Prague.
