Abstract:
Bolest je nepříjemný senzorický a emoční zážitek, spojený se skutečným nebo potenciálním poškozením tkání. Ve vnímání bolesti existují interindividuální rozdíly i mezi zdravými jedinci. Tyto rozdíly mají psychologický základ. Vnímání bolesti je komplexní děj podmíněný genotypem a fenotypem jedince. Abstract:
Pain is unpleasant sensorial and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. Pain perception varies greatly among humans; healthy individuals also show differences in pain perception. The aim of the study was to analyze the association among the acute pain perception and some gene polymorphisms.
