Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metody ABC (Activity Based Costing) v konkrétní firmě. Teoretická část práce se nejdříve věnuje nákladům v manažerském účetnictví, členění nákladů, kalkulacím a moderním metodám řízení nákladů. The thesis deals with the implementation of the ABC (Activity Based Costing) method in a concrete company. The theoretical part of the work first concerns the costs in manager accounting, the categorization of costs, calculations and modern methods of cost management.
