Liquidated Damages in Business Relations
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá velice často využívaným zajišťovacím institutem soukromého práva – smluvní pokutou. Více než teoretickými otázkami obklopující smluvní pokutu se zde zabývám jejím sjednáváním, problematickými formulacemi, ale i praktickými doporučeními, co kromě zákonných minimálních požadavků by ujednání o smluvní pokutě mělo obsahovat.
Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis is liquidated damages in business relationship. My thesis is not a deep theoretic muse about liquidated damages, but it is something as guide book, how to negotiate the liquidated damages clause.
