Přírodní chinolony a jejich biologické účinky

Natural quinolones and their biological activities
Abstract:
Práce obsahuje přehled známých chinolonů, které byly izolovány z přírodních materiálů. Pozornost je věnována zejména sloučeninám, u kterých byly zkoumány jejich účinky na živé organismy. U řady látek byly zjištěny rozmanité zajímavé účinky, jako například tuberkulostatické, cytotoxické, fungicidní, antikoagulační, protinádorové a proti malárii.
Abstract:
The study is focused to review of known compounds with quinolone pattern, which were isolated from natural products. The attention is paid especially to compounds, the effects of which on living organisms were investigated. Various interesting effects, such as tuberculostatic, cytotoxicity, antifungal, anticoagulant, antitumor, and antimalarial, were found at a number of substances.
