Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání absolventů speciálních středních škol v Brně a na jejich zkušenosti s hledáním zaměstnání. Celá práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. Definicí pojmu zdravotní postižení z pohledu jednotlivých resortů pojednává první kapitola. Dále je v ní přiblíženo tělesné a mentální postižení a případné dopady postižení na jedince. Rozlišeno je zde také získané a vrozené postižení. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se zabývá vzděláváním jedinců s postižením. Charakterizuje možnosti poradenství, předprofesní a profesní přípravy pro jedince s postižením. Poukazuje také na možnosti ve vzdělání jedinců s postižením ve speciálním školství a na nabízené obory. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání osob s postižením. Jsou zde uvedeny druhy motivace k získání určitého pracovního uplatnění a překážky, se kterými se jedinec s postižením může při hledání svého zaměstnání setkat. Další části jsou zaměřeny na možnosti podpory, které mohou osoby s postižením využívat. Čtvrtá část diplomové práce obsahuje výzkumné šetření. Zde jsou popsány zkušenosti sedmi respondentů s hledáním pracovního uplatnění a dále zkušenosti s již získaným zaměstnáním. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou a pro získání informací byl využit rozhovor.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the employment of graduates of secondary special schools in Brno and their experience in finding employment. The thesis is made up of four chapters. The first chapter approaches definition of the concept of disability. There is showing physical and mental disabilities and the potential effects of disability on persons. In the thesis is differentiated also acquired and congenital disabilities. The second chapter deals with the education of person with disabilities. It characterizes the possibilities counseling, pre-vocational and vocational training for people with disabilities. It also approaches opportunities in education of pupils with disabilities in special education. The third chapter focuses on employment of people with disabilities. There are types of motivation to get a job and obstacles that the persons with a disability can have in search of their job. The chapter is focused on the support in job search for persons with disabilities. The fourth part of the thesis contains the research. Seven respondents described the experience of finding employment and experience already gained employment. Research was done by qualitative methods and for obtaining information was used interview.
