Práce je zaměřena na řízení lidských zdrojů v konkrétním podniku, procesy řízení a hlavní oblasti řízení společnosti z pohledů zaměstnavatele a zaměstnanců. Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou podkladem pro návrhy konkrétních řešení v identifikovaných slabých oblastech na základě provedeného šetření.
