Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce porovnává přístup policistů a sociálních pracovníků k cizincům zajištěných v Zařízení pro zajištění cizinců. Jde o zjištění zásadních rozdílů v přístupu příslušníků Policie ČR a pracovníků Správy uprchlických zařízení MV ČR k zajištěným cizincům. Jelikož jde o posouzení přístupu, který je důsledkem různých motivů a možností jednání, je velmi přínosné použít kvalitativní metodologii. V teoretické části se snaží podat přehled o fenoménu migrace. Dále charakterizuje obě organizace MVČR, které v zařízení působí, správu uprchlických zařízení a Policii ČR. V empirické části je pomocí otevřeného kódování proveden kvalitativní výzkum. Údaje byly získány pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky jednotlivých kódování jsou následně porovnány. V závěru je pojednáno o změnách, které sociální pracovníci přinesli do zařízení.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Paper is comparing the approach of policemen versus the one of social workers towards foreigners in the detention centre for foreigners. It is dealing with stating some fundamental differences between the approach of the members of the Police of the Czech Republic and of the workers of the Administration of Refugee centres towards detained foreigners. Since both of these two approaches are the consequence of various motives and different patterns of behaviour it was very beneficial to use research based on qualitative methodology. The theoretical part is offering a survey concerned with the phenomenon of migration Further on, it is characterising both organizations of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic that are operating in the detention centre, the Administration of Refugee centres and the Police of the CR. The empirical part of this BP is presenting the analysis of acquired data which was based on open coding. The data were obtained via half-structured interview. Results of the individual coding are subsequently compared. The conclusion is dealing with the changes that were brought into the centre by social workers.
