Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na obsahové vymezení pojmu soutěžitel a jeho vývoj, přičemž nosnými právními předpisy se stává Pařížská unijní úmluva na ochranu průmyslového vlastnictví ze dne 20. března 1883, zákon č. 111/1927 Sb., proti nekalé soutěži, a zákon č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník. Abstract:
The thesis deals with contents specification of term “competitor” and their development. It considers the Paris Union Agreement on Industrial Property Protection from March 20, 1883, Act No. 111/1927 Coll. against an unfair competition and Act No. 513/1991Coll., the Commercial Code, to be supporting legal laws.
