Diplomová práca obsahuje teoretické vymedzenie controllingu, jeho úlohy, zavádzanie do praxe, vysvetľuje zároveň dôležitosť finančnej analýzy v podniku. Dôležitou súčasťou práce je poukázať na controlling ako perspektívu do budúcnosti.
