Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of isoflavones and their degradation kinetics in real samples of rumen fluid. Studied isoflavones include daidzein , glycitein , genistein and their glycosylated forms. However, glycosides were not present in the analysed samples. Táto bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovení isoflavonů a kinetice jejich odbourávání v reálném vzorku bachorové tekutiny přežvýkavců. Mezi zkoumané isoflavony patří daidzein, glycitein, genistein a jejich glykosylované formy. Glykosylované formy se ve zkoumaných vzorcích nenacházely.
