Dominant position abuse in the Internal market in the case law of the European Court of Justice
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zneužitím dominantního postavení v evropském kontextu. Hlavní rysy jsou demonstrovány pomocí evropské judikatury. Zmiňuje i postoj EU k tomuto jevu do budoucna. Práce obsahuje také srovnání s americkým antitrustovým právem.
Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyse the European approach to the abuse of dominant position, which has negative effect on the European competition. Main features of the abuse of dominant position are illustrated on the European case law. But I also deal with the new EU approach to the abuse of dominant position. This work also contains the comparison with American antitrust law.
