Práce se zabývá návrhem aplikační části převodníku údajů základních registrů České republiky. Základní registry mají za cíl centralizovat a urychlit výměnu informací mezi orgány státní správy. Jedním z úkolů převodníku údajů je generovat a spravovat identifikátory osob. The thesis deals with the design of the application part of converter of base register data of the base registers of the Czech Republic. The main goal of the base registers is to accelerate and centralize the exchange of information among the organs of civil service.
