Abstract:

ANOTACE Tato bakalářská práce nabízí ucelené podklady pro výuku tématu ovoce i přezkoušení znalostí z dané oblasti. Zdůrazňuje roli ovoce ve stravě, seznamuje s vědním oborem pomologie, předkládá typologii ovoce, charakterizuje jednotlivé jeho druhy včetně příkladů využití a uvádí legislativní normy pro výrobu, distribuci a skladování. Abstract:

ANNOTATION This bachelor thesis offers comprehensive background papers for teaching and examination a theme fruit. The following text emphasizes its significant role as a part of nutrition, introduces pomology as a relevant science discipline; the text also submits fruit typology, characterizes its species separately, it describes possibilities of usage and introduces specific production, distribution and storage policies.
