Dizertační práce analyzuje mezinárodní hospodářské a ostatní sankce nejprve z hlediska teorie sankcí a poté jejich aplikace na příkladu Socialistické federativní republiky Jugoslávie a Svazové republiky Jugoslávie. Author analyses international economic and other sanctions at first from the theoretical view. Outcomes of the analysis are then applied on cases of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
