Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nákladů trestního řízení, jež vznikají v jeho průběhu různým subjektům. Po stručné charakteristice nákladů trestního řízení následuje pojednání o některých nákladech vznikajících odsouzenému a dále o svědečném, znalečném a tlumočném. My thesis is focused on the problem of the costs of criminal proceedings that occur during the process in relation to different participants. There is a treatise about some of the costs in relation to the convicted person, about the witness fees, expert’s fee and interpreter’s fee.
