Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenčního postavení firmy Strom Praha a.s. a přináší návrhy, jak zvýšit prodej servisních služeb, zahradní techniky a zvýšení povědomí o půjčování demo strojů zákazníkovi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Úvodní část poskytuje teoretické poznatky o konkurenci, konkurenceschopnosti a nástrojích, které jsou využívány pro analýzu konkurence. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitive position of the company Strom Praha a.s. and provides suggestions on how to increase sales service, garden equipment and raising awareness about lending demo machines to the customer.
