Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Řízení režijních nákladů“ je v teoretické části rozbor metod řízení režijních nákladů, v části praktické analýza předmětné oblasti v podniku DOLS a.s.. Na základě provedeného srovnání praktických poznatků s teoretickými jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení řízení režijních nákladů v podniku do budoucna.
Abstract:
The subject of bachelor´s work „Overhead cost management“ is management method analysis in theoretic part, and analysis of this subject area applied in company DOLS Inc. On the basis of implemented comparison of practical and theoretical findings are suggested recommendations of improvement of overhead cost management in an enterprise in future.
