Plagiátorství v autorském právu

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalárske práce je upozornit na problematiku plagiátorství v autorském právu. Mým hlavním záměrem je popsat plagiátorství hlavně v módním a hudebním průmyslu. Dále poukázat na možné prostředky ochrany proti plagiátorství a navrhnout jisté možnosti řešení v této problematice.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to highlight the issue of plagiarism of copyrighted works. My main intention is to describe plagiarism that occurs specifically in the fashion and music industries. I will also highlight possible means of protection against this and suggest some solutions to the issue.

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je upozorniť na problematiku plagiátorstva v autorskom práve. Mojím hlavným zámerom je popísať plagiátorstvo hlavne v módnom a hudobnom priemysle. Ďalej poukázať na možné prostriedky ochrany voči plagiátorstvu a navrhnúť isté možnosti riešenia v tejto problematike.
