Celní režimy ve světle tzv. modernizovaného celního kodexu

Customs procedures in the light of the Modernised Customs Code
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními změnami v problematice celních režimů, k nimž dochází v souvislosti s přijetím tzv. modernizovaného celního kodexu v roce 2008. Podrobně představuje nový celní kodex jako právní předpis a v hlavní části práce postupně přibližuje jednotlivé celní režimy a zároveň jsou popsány rozdíly oproti předešlým právním předpisům upravujícím celní právo v České republice.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with current changes concerning the issues of customs procedures that happen due to the acceptance of so called Modernised Customs Code in the year 2008. It closely presents the new customs code as a legal regulation.
