Hybrid brake systems of the vehicles

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou brzdových soustav hybridních a elektrických vozidel, které disponují dvěma zdroji brzdného momentu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první teoretickou a druhou praktickou. V první části je popsáno základní rozdělení hybridních vozidel, možnosti uložení zrekuperované kinetické energie a případné následovné zužitkování získané energie. Následně jsou zmíněny konkrétní konstrukční řešení pro automobily, které disponují dvěma zdroji brždění. Poté jsou uvedeny rovnice sil, které působí na vozidlo při brždění a je vytvořený model, pro který jsou dopočítány hodnoty. Celkově je tak cílem obeznámení se s danou problematikou před další praktickou částí. V druhé praktické částí byla navrhnuta metodika měření a následné realizovaní na válcovém dynamometru. Jednotlivé kroky měření byly popsány pro případnou opakovatelnost měření a zpracovány do grafické a tabulkové podoby. Následně jsou naměřené hodnoty okomentovány a porovnány s navrhnutým modelem.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the problem of brake systems in electric and hybrid vehicles which have two sources of brake torque. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second one is practical. The first part describes the basic division of hybrid vehicles, possibilities of storing recovered kinetic energy and the possibility to use this obtained energy. There are also mentioned specific constructional solutions for cars which have two brake sources. Thereafter, there are determined formulas for a braking vehicle. These formulas were used to calculate values for the considered model. In total, the goal is to familiarize with these problems before the next practical part. The second part describes the method of measuring which was determined and then the measuring was realized on a chassis dynamometer. Steps of the measuring were described for possible repeatability of the measurement. The individual steps were processed into graphic and tabular forms. Then the individual measured steps were commented and compared with a considered model.
