The role of regional museums in South Pilsen in the care of cultural heritage

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou regionálních muzeí v péči o kulturní dědictví na území jižního Plzeňska. Práce má dvě části, první je zaměřena na legislativní rámec a ta druhá na konkrétní muzea, a to na Muzeum jižního Plzeňska v Blovicích, p.o., Dům historie Přešticka v Přešticích, Svatojánské muzeum v Nepomuku a Městské muzeum a galerii rovněž v Nepomuku. Zmíněna bude i historie měst, jelikož i ta patří do kulturního dědictví, dále je rozebráno každé muzeum zvlášť a identifikováno kulturní dědictví.

Abstract:

This Graduation theses deals with the role of regional museums in the care of cultural heritage in the territory of southern Pilsen. The work has two parts, the first one focuses on the legislative framework and the other on the specific museums, namely the Muzeum jižního Plzeňska, p. o., in Blovice, the House of History of Přeštice in Přeštice, the St. John's Museum in Nepomuk and the Municipal Museum and Gallery also in Nepomuk. The history of the cities will also be mentioned as it belongs to the cultural heritage, and each museum is separated and the cultural heritage identified.
