Bakalářská práce se zabývá antikoagulační léčbou u klienta po implantaci srdeční chlopně. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy a popsaná klasifikace srdečních chlopní, jejich vad, typech náhrad a možnosti chirurgické léčby. This thesis deals with anticoagulant therapy at the client after implantation of heart valve. In the theoretical part defines the concepts and classifications described heart valves, their defects, types of prosthetic heart valves and possibilities of surgical treatment.
