Tato práce je zaměřena na teorii vzniku a působení částečných výbojů při stejnosměrném napětí, jejich diagnostiku a analýzu naměřených dat. V první části jsou popsány typy částečných výbojů a veličiny, kterými jsou výboje charakterizovány. This work is focused on the theory of the origin and the action of partial discharges at DC voltage, their diagnostics and analysis of measured data. In the first part are described the types of partial discharges and the quantities that characterize the discharges.
