Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je porovnat tradiční metody prodeje s moderními internetovýmipřístupy a posoudit jejich ekonomické přínosy a potenciální rizika. Ve své práci jsemprovedl průzkum mezi prodejci a potenciálními kupci, aby bylo možné tyto metody lépe pochopit a vyhodnotit.Práce je strukturovaná do tří hlavních částí. V teoretické části popisuji obecnéprincipy distribuce a prodeje automobilů, včetně specifik internetového prodeje, jehovýhod a rizik. Metodická část se věnuje případové studii vybraného prodejce, analyzujizde jeho zkušenosti s implementací internetového prodeje a identifikuji hlavní problémy, s nimiž se setkal. V praktické části navrhuji konkrétní nástroje a metody pro efektivní internetový prodej, popisuji postup jejich implementace a hodnotím ekonomické i operativní dopady této inovace.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to compare traditional sales methods with modern internetapproaches and to assess their economic benefits and potential risks. In my work, Iconducted a survey among sellers and potential buyers to better understand andevaluate these methods.The thesis is structured into three main parts. In the theoretical part, I describe thegeneral principles of distribution and sales of cars, including the specifics of internetsales, its advantages, and risks. The methodological part is devoted to a case study of aselected dealer, where I analyze his experiences with the implementation of internetsales and identify the main problems he encountered. In the practical part, I proposespecific tools and methods for effective internet sales, describe the process of theirimplementation, and evaluate the economic and operational impacts of this innovation
