Interrogation of persons in the interrogation room
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výslechu osob ve výslechové místnosti z pohledu trestního práva, kriminalistiky a psychologie. Zaměřuje se především na taktiku výslechu ve výslechové místnosti a ve speciální výslechové místnosti. V práci je rozebrána dokumentace výslechu. V závěrečné kapitole je možno srovnat výslech v České republice a na Slovenku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of interrogation of persons in the interrogation room from the point of view of criminal law, criminology and psychology. It focuses mainly on interrogation tactics in the interrogation room and in the special interrogation room. The work deals with the documentation of the interrogation.
