Tato bakalářská práce obecně seznamuje s vlastnostmi ethylenglykolu jako xenobiotika a podává informace o monitoringu intoxikací ethylenglykolem za dobu deseti let. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis introduces the properties of ethylenglykol as a xenobiotic to the reader and provides information on monitoring the ethylenglycol during the time span of the last 10 years. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with ethylenglycol as originally a non-toxic agent, it's biotransformation in a human organism and generation of toxicity.
