Concentrations measuring of solutions using spectrophotometer
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou měření koncentrací pomocí molekulové absorpční spektrometrie. Popisuje metody a přístroje používané k provedení kvantitativní analýzy neboli spektrofotometrie. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh laboratorní úlohy z oblasti měření neelektrických veličin realizovatelné na spektrofotometru Labio 722 pro viditelnou oblast světelného spektra.
Abstract:
This bachelor work deals with a concentracions measuring with the aid of molecular apsorption spectrometry. It describes the method and devices used for performing of the quantitative analysis called also spectrofotometry. The practical part is focused on the concept of technological quantities measuring realized with the spectrophotometr Labio 722 for visible range luminous spectra.
