This thesis describes the working principle of three anonymous networks - Tor, I2P and Freenet. Each description contains as well the most common attacks, which are aimed on the stated network. Bakalárska práca popisuje princíp fungovania troch anonymizačných sietí - Tor, I2P a Freenet. Každý popis taktiež obsahuje najčastejšie útoky, ktoré sú na danú sieť smerované. Súčasťou práce je i výskum, ktorého cieľom je zistenie aktuálneho stavu kvality služby v sieti Tor.
