Abstract:
Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou odhadu charakteristik ve- getace z hyperspektrálních snímků. Práce se soustředí zejména na odhad koncentrace chlorofylu Ca+b v jehlicích smrku ztepilého. Jako metoda odhadu byly použity nepřímé inverze 3D modelu radiativního transferu DART. Odhadnutou koncentraci je pak možné použít jako nepřímý ukazatel zdravotního stavu stromu. The dissertation thesis deals with an estimation of vegetation properties from hyperspectral imagery data. It focuses especially on estimation of chlorophyll Ca+b concentration in Norway spruce needles. The estimation is based on the indirect inversions of radiative transfer model methods, more specifically DART model.
