Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést komparaci metod řízení zásob v podmínkách podniků působících v pohostinství a navrhnout možné kombinace těchto metod. Byly hodnoceny tyto metody: ABC, metoda kanban, JIT, konsignační sklady, metoda XYZ. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to compare inventory management methods in the conditions of companies operating in the hospitality industry and to propose possible combinations of these methods.
