Business plan - process of opening a second branch
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení druhé pobočky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části si definujeme základní pojmy o podnikání a podnikatelském záměru. V druhé praktické části je vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský záměr, jehož cílem je rozhodnutí o otevření pobočky.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is an elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of second a branch. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts about business and business plan.
