Crisis Communication in Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic or during an Extraordinary Events

Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je analýza krizové komunikace při taktickém cvičení dopravní nehody autobusu s nákladním automobilem a s nákladním automobilem převážející pohonné hmoty a navržení vhodných doporučení, které by přispěly ke zvýšení účinnosti krizové komunikace při dané mimořádné události. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá všeobecným vysvětlením problematiky komunikace a krizové komunikace, která je pak v praktické části analyzována pomocí SWOT analýzy. Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení krizové komunikace v rámci konkrétní mimořádné události.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the crisis communication during tactical exercise of a traffic accident between a bus and a truck and between a truck and a fuel tank and coming up with (proposing) an appropriate reccomandations, which should contribute to the higher effectivity of the crisis communication during each unexpected situation. Bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. Theoretical part deals with a general explanation of problematics of the crisis communication, which is then analyzed with the help of the SWOT analysis. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to suggest some improvements of the crisis communicaton during each specific emergency event.
