Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků Policie České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part generally deals with the burnout syndrome, defining it, describing its history, causes, phases, manifestations, diagnosis, prevention and treatment.
