Effective Teaching of Practice Enterprise in Secondary Education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivní výukou předmětu Fiktivní firma v sekundárním vzdělávání. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, které vyučovací metody se v rámci výuky předmětu Fiktivní firmy nejčastěji uplatňují. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována aktivizujícím vyučovacím metodám. Vliv na osvojování kompetencí však nemají jen výukové metody, ale také materiální vybavení učebny, ve kterém Fiktivní firma vykonává svoji činnost, proto i této problematiky se práce dotýká. Autorka čtenáře seznámí nejen s Fiktivní firmou, ale také s jinými možnosti integrace učiva, simulujícími činnost reálné firmy ve školním prostředí. Přiměřená pozornost bude věnována i národním a mezinárodním institucím, které regulují činnost Fiktivních firem.

Abstract:

The master’s thesis deals with the effective teaching of Practice Enterprise in secondary education. The aim of the thesis is to find out which teaching methods are often applied in Practice Enterprise. Special attention is paid to activating teaching methods. However, not only teaching methods themselves have an influence on the acquisition of competencies, but the educators must consider an influence of the material equipment of the classroom in which Practice Enterprise operates, therefore the work deals with this issue too. The author introduces readers to not only Practice Enterprise, but also other possibilities of curriculum integration, simulating the activities of a company in the school environment. We also pay adequate attention to national and international institutions which regulate the activities of Practice Enterprises.
