Předmětem této práce je shrnutí hlavních nástrojů východního rozšíření a zhodnocení jejich působení pomocí analytického pohledu na plnění jejich cílů. Jednotlivé nástroje jsou zde děleny podle svého zaměření nikoli podle časového hlediska. Kromě nástrojů východního rozšíření se autorka zabývá také klasickou metodou rozšiřování a asociačními dohodami, které se staly základem pro podobu nástrojů budoucích …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to summarize main instruments for the EU enlargement to the East and to evaluate their impacts through the analysis of their aims´ fulfilment. Instruments are divided according to their focus not according to time perspective. This work also deals with classical method of enlargement and association agreements, which formed the basis for the future instruments.
