Wage compensation in the event of sickness and inability to work
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Náhrada mzdy a nemocenská v případě pracovní neschopnosti“ je posouzení současného stavu finanční kompenzace v případě pracovní neschopnosti zaměstnance a identifikace dopadů administrativní zátěže na straně zaměstnavatele. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky a pojmy. V druhé části je provedena případová studie a vyhodnoceny závěry.
Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor thesis: „Wage compensation in the event of sickness and inability to work“ is the assessment of the current state of financial compensation in the event of incapacity employees and identifying the impact of administrative burden on the employer. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge and concepts. The second part is a case study and evaluate the conclusions.
