Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je vznik vojenského trestního práva v Rakousku a Československu v polovině 19.století, jeho systematizace, způsob ukládání trestů, trestní odpovědnost za spáchané zločiny a přečiny a výklad jednotlivých ustanovení II. dílu vojenského trestního zákoníku č. 19/1855 ř.z.

The content of this thesis is the emergence of military criminal law in Austria and Czechoslovakia in the mid of 19th century, its systematization, method of imposing sanctions, criminal responsibility for crimes and offenses committed and the interpretation of individual provisions II. Part of Military Penal Code no. 19/1855 Imperial Code
