Abstract:

Volby do zastupitelstva v obci Nová Říše (1919-1938). První část práce se zabývá teoretickými normami, kterými se volby do samosprávy obce v tomto období řídily a také mapuje působnost samosprávných orgánů obce. Informace jsou čerpány zejména z Volebního řádu Československé republiky a Obecního zřízení. Další část práce stručně nastiňuje charekteristiku jednotlivých politických stran, které v obci byly voleny. Třetí část práce je pak věnována konkrétnímu průběhu voleb v Nové Říši a rovněž informuje o klíčových událostech jednotlivých volebních období, které zastupitestvo muselo řešit. V příloze je pak uveden přehled starostů a radních, přehled členů zastupitelstva z let 1919-1938. Práce je doplněna grafem počtu voličů.

Abstract:

The Election to the Council in Nová Říše (1919-1938). The beginning of the thesis is theoretical and deals with the norms which concerned the autonomy of the villages. The thesis presents in details concrete norms concerning the very act of election. In addition, the work quotes the rules which regulated competence of council. The following part the process of the election in Nová Říše is discussed. It presents the structure of council, the process of election and the poll. Important events, problems and happenings which the council had to deal with during individual electoral term are mentioned. The thesis contains name index and graph of poll.
